Ladies
often ask me a question that goes something
like this:
I
want to get rid of the fat around my thighs,
butt and abs (abdominals) but when I do aerobic
exercise my breasts get smaller and I don't
want that to happen.
I
would set these ladies a program based around
the following:
Aerobic
exercise eg: walking, running, cycling, rowing
to target their body fat in general.
Note:
Remember from last week's question, it is not
possible to 'spot reduce' eg target fat in a
specific area of the body.
I
would then give specific muscle conditioning
exercises to tone and firm the thighs, butt,
abs and chest.
Note:
Aerobic exercise may reduce the size of a woman's
breasts: Sorry but they are made up of a lot
of fatty tissue. However, exercises to tone
and firm the muscles of the chest will give
the breasts added lift.
