own research and this would ideally

Ok moving swiftly on... I thought I would
just give you some food for thought based
on an article I read the other day about
"dressing for success" which
is all part and parcel towards your total
transformation to a dreambody.Hope you
like it ?
When buying clothing what ever your body
shape always buy
the best quality you can possibly afford
and bu^y clothing
that acentuates your best features and
reduces your worst.
Choose less clothes but of a better quality
and you will
transform your overall appearance in minutes.The
growing
trend of factory outlet malls allows even
those on a tighter
budget to be able to bu^y quality items
at affordable prices.
By choosing carefully complimentary color's
and style's you will feel more confident
and empowered whether your dressed for
work or out for a night with your friends
or a loved one.
Don't Forget Self Confidence is one very
essential step to feeling
good about "You" .
Better quality clothing will also hang
better helping you improve
your posture and general appearance, so
even if you have put on
a few extra pounds you can still look
good as you work to lose
them through sensible diet and exercise.
I hope you will give this some serious
thought as I know Coach

work on your self image and sense of well

I
received a letter this week from Jemma who lives
in Newcastle Upon Tyne in the North East of
England: Jemma asks, "Do you work with
individual diet clients Coach David and if so
what sort of program do you you give them?
Well, thanks for your your question Jemma and
yes as a weight loss coach I do work with individual
clients, both in person and on the telephone.
Obviously time restricts how many clients I
can work with at any 0ne time, which is partly
the reason I have written my new book (due for
release very soon now).
The book features both the walking program and
the dietary information which forms the basis
of the program I give to my personal clients:
Here are just 5 of the points that I reveal
in my book, follow them and you will start getting
results.
1) After getting out of bed in the mornings,
drink a large glass of warm water with a slice
of freshly squeezed lemon juice or barley grass
powder
2) Take a 30 minute walk before breakfast everyday
3) Never miss breakfast! Alternate between fresh
fruit salad one day and porridge made with oats
and water the next. The porridge may be sweetened
with apple juice. If you are still hungry after
eating your fruit, wait 30-minutes and then
eat some porridge too.
4) There is no restriction to the amount of
vegetables or salad stuff that you can eat,
so you should never go hungry
5) Do not eat within 4 hours of going to bed

| How's
this for a quick and easy to prepare meal. From
preparation to serving, this tasty little number
took just
20 minutes.:
Josette's
Quick Vegetable Stir Fry (serves 4)
Ingredients:
-
1 cup of chopped carrots
- 1 cup of chopped onions
- 1 cup of chopped red pepper
- 1 cup chopped mushrooms
- Small handful of mange tout
- 1 inch piece of root ginger sliced into
slithers
- 2 - 3 cloves of garlic chopped
- Small pinch chilli powder
- Small pinch coriander
- Juice from half a lime
- Black pepper to taste
- 2 - 3 splashes of olive oil
- Parmesan or Piccorino cheese
- 2 - 3 splashes of soya sauce
Optional
- Very nice served with rice, couscous
or quinoa
Method:
-
Add oil to pan and heat (medium temperature)
- Add onions, root ginger, chilli and
coriander, lightly
frying for about 1 or 2 minutes
- Add garlic and remaining vegetables
(except mange tout) and
fry for 5 - 10 minutes tossing frequently
*
- 5 minutes before the end of cooking
add mange tout
- 1 minute before the end of cooking add
lime juice and
black pepper
To
Serve:
Serve in a dish and garnish with fresh
herbs of your choice,
topping with Parmesan or Piccorino cheese
* Adjust cooking time depending on how
you like your vegetables
- The crispier the better!
