It's Graham Foster here with another issue of your ezine DreamBodyNow giving you all the latest weightloss and fitness news and tips.

Hopefully many of you enjoyed the new HTML version of your newsletter we are going to constantly making improvements so over the coming weeks you will see it changing quite dramatically.

Coach David Downer and I have been putting together our new power striding product which should be ready for release in the next two weeks or so . It's a fantastic way to get in shape.

I have also had a meeting today with a video expert about producing some videos showing you some great ways of shedding the pounds and feeling great watch this space for news.

We are also experimenting with audio and video newsletters so in the next few weeks you will be able to get your favorite newsletter in text , html , audio and video formats we can hardly wait as this is ground breaking stuff ...

Readers Questions - Coach David

 

Ladies often ask me a question that goes something like this:

I want to get rid of the fat around my thighs, butt and abs (abdominals) but when I do aerobic exercise my breasts get smaller and I don't want that to happen.

I would set these ladies a program based around the following:

Aerobic exercise eg: walking, running, cycling, rowing to target their body fat in general.

Note: Remember from last week's question, it is not possible to 'spot reduce' eg target fat in a specific area of the body.

I would then give specific muscle conditioning exercises to tone and firm the thighs, butt, abs and breasts.

Note: Aerobic exercise may reduce the size of a woman's breasts: Sorry but they are made up of a lot of fatty tissue. However, exercises to tone and firm the muscles of the chest will give the breasts added lift.

Here's are increasingly popular recipe of the week:

'Stuffed Aubergine with Quinoa'

Ingredients (Stuffed Aubergine):

'Stuffed Aubergine with Quinoa' (serves 4)

Ingredients:

- 2 aubergines
- 2 - 3 medium onions chopped
- 250 grams of mushrooms chopped
- 2 - 3 small corgettes chopped
- 1 red pepper chopped
- 2 - 3 cloves of garlic crushed
- 1 x 400 gram tin of tomatoes or 400 grams of passata
- Olive oil
- Spices of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon of finely chopped Oregano
- Parmesan cheese

Method:

- Slice the aubergines in half lengthways (4 halves)
- Deeply score the white flesh in a criss cross pattern
- Dribble olive oil over the aubergines and Cook in pre-heated oven on a medium temperature for 15 - 20 minutes
- Fry the chopped onions, mushrooms, corgettes, red pepper
and crushed garlic in olive, adding spices and oregano
- Add the tomatoes or passata towards the end
- Scoop out the aubergines from their shells and add to the pan.
- Spoon the mix back into the aubergine shells
- sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and place back in the oven on a low heat for about 20 minutes


Ingredients (Quinoa):

- 2 cups of quinoa
- 4 cups of boiling water
- Balsamic vinegar
- Mixed herbs to taste

Method:

- Place quinoa and boiling water in a pan and bring back
to boil - simmer for about 15 minutes or until cooked
- Mix in the herbs and a splash of balsamic vinegar at the
end

To serve:

Serve with a side salad of your choice
